Are you going to share it?

This video is a departure from the normal information on how to create people solutions that drive success for employers and employees. It just felt important to share.

I am a confident person, but insecurity and head trash still sometimes keep me from sharing my gift.

My prayer today is that we all have the courage to share our gifts with each other. That employers are eager to understand and tap into their peoples' gifts. That employees demand work that lets them share their gift. And that we all do our best to make it easier for ourselves and others to share.
